千葉がコーチングスタッフ１８人のうち、１１人を解雇

Ｊ２降格が濃厚の千葉は、下部組織のコーチングスタッフ１８人のうち、１１人を今季限りで解雇する。

大規模解雇の理由は、ここ数年下部組織が全く機能していなかったから。過去には多くの代表選手を輩出した千葉ユースだが、03年以降は、下部組織からの昇格選手でＪ１で活躍する選手が出ていなかった。

なお、ミラー監督の後を引き継いで、リーグ戦１１戦勝ちなしの江尻篤彦監督は来季続投が既定路線となっているという。

浦安で練習している頃は、県外の有望株も結構着てたんでしょ。
今の市原じゃ通えないもんな。

山口智は高知からの留学だし、佐藤兄弟はジュニアユースに入るためにわざわざ家族で千葉に引っ越している。
確かに東葛地域や都内の中学年代を後発組の柏・東京などに奪われた面もあるだろうけど、距離に関わらず「あのチームに入りたい」と思えるようなブランド力が失われたのは明らか。そういう意味でコーチの首をすげ替えてテコ入れする選択はあり。
ただ、ブランド力のあるうちにそれをやれば「維持」は比較的楽だけど、一旦落ちたブランドを再構築するのは相当エネルギーがいるからねえ…

そもそもブランド力って意味不明なタームだよな
ここ最近調子のいい清水、川崎はいい若手が揃ってるけど
酷い低迷の時期に今の主力がちゃんと入団してる
強化部がしっかりしてるとこはチームが駄目でもいい新人連れてくる
ブランド力がないってかなり駄目な部類のいいわけだと思う

良いユースチームを持ってる印象があったが、確かに最近では聞かないな
Ｊ２へまっしぐらだし…この辺で手を打っておかないとこのような「ユースあがりの選手を売って銭を稼ぐ」的チームはその存続さえ怪しくなってくるのだろう
商売としては欧米で尤も普通なのだがちょっと対応が遅い気がするね

経済的な問題もあるんじゃないのかな？
この10年で家族で引越すどころか市外の学校に通わせる事すら不可能な人の割合が爆発的に増えてる。
ヘタしたら地元のクラブユースにさえ通えない。

千葉県自体、八千代、市船、流経柏とか有力校が揃いに揃っているから、
そことの牌の奪い合い状態なのかもね。
現状の力じゃ、千葉ユースと有力校のどちらかを選べと言われれば、
高校になってしまうかもね。今の千葉の実力じゃ。。。

千葉は強豪校も多く、いい指導者も多い。
あっちは何十年も指導してきた蓄積があるんだから、あとから下部組織を作ったＪクラブがそう簡単に太刀打ちできるものじゃないでしょ。
選手育成はもちろん、指導者の育成についても辛抱強さが必要なんじゃないのかなー。

小林きてからおかしくなったな。
小林の招聘は古河への大政奉還の意味合いが強く、
オシム一派の一掃にあったと聞いているが、
結果としてＪ２に落ちるのだから小林に責任の非が無いともいえないのでは？
